LIVING is committed to developing sustainable, energy efficient homes. We build our residential parks in prime locations, in neighbourhoods with well-developed infrastructure, using modern, sustainable solutions to reduce environmental impact. All of our projects, delivered from 2024 and currently under construction, meet the strict requirements of the A+ energy rating, guaranteeing energy- and cost-efficient homes.

Even lower maintenance costs

Energy certificates indicate the expected energy consumption of properties, which has a direct impact on utility costs. In the case of properties of the same size and parameters, a home with a higher energy rating requires significantly less energy compared to a conventionally designed apartment, so it is also more economical to maintain. Our new developments are designed in accordance with the A+ energy rating, which not only reduces the environmental impact, but can also be financially beneficial — whether it is a home purchase for personal use or an investment property. Lower utility costs also make the property more attractive to tenants, increasing rentability and return on investment.

Modern solutions for sustainability

The energy performance of buildings is influenced by many factors, including the construction materials used, the quality of thermal insulation, the mechanical systems, the heating and cooling solutions and the design of windows and doors. LIVING residential parks are built with environmentally conscious design and high technical content. Hot water supply is provided by a modern heat pump system, while a comfortable indoor climate is ensured by energy-saving ceiling cooling and heating. Excellent heat retention is supported by thick insulation and three-layer, modern windows and doors, all of which contribute to the creation of long-term sustainable, low-energy homes.

About ceiling cooling and heating

The ceiling cooling and heating used in LIVING’s new homes offers a modern, energy-saving solution for ensuring a balanced temperature all year round. This technology is not only comfortable, but also space-saving – as there is no need for radiators or traditional air conditioning units. However, its operation may differ slightly from the usual systems, so it is worth considering some basic aspects for effective and problem-free use.

Important information about using ceiling cooling and heating:

• Keep indoor humidity below 60%

• Avoid ventilation immediately after rain and drying clothes in the room

• Do not use a vaporizer in the socket below the thermostat and do not place plants in the immediate vicinity of the thermostat

• Continuous temperature changes of 1–2 °C are not recommended

• If you are going away for a few days, do not turn off the system completely – restoring the desired temperature may require additional energy and time.
