LIVING residential developments are designed with state-of-the-art solutions in mind from the outset, so our new-build homes are equipped with modern smart home devices that can be controlled remotely via the LIVING app. Until a certain stage of development, our customers can choose between three basic packages, which are included in the purchase price. And for people who want to make their home more unique, we offer the possibility to upgrade beyond the basic features.
SMART Home basic packages
Our three basic packages have been designed to cover all your needs for security, convenience and practicality, ensuring you find the smart home service that's right for you. The selected package will be included in the purchase price of your home and will form part of the registration contract.
Home safety package
Keep your home safe while you're away. The home safety package includes one water leak sensor, one smoke detector and one open/close sensor
Water leak sensor
The water leak sensor detects the presence of water in places where there should be none, and sends a message and alarm to the user's phone. The number of water leak sensors may be increased as desired.
Smoke detector
A smoke detector is useful for both investors and end-users. It can help indicate kitchen accidents, but can also signal if someone is smoking in the apartment. The number of smoke detectors may be increased as desired.
Open/close sensor
We recommend installing open/close sensors on the front door, and potentially on the terrace door. They warn of a door being opened by intruders and also indicate if a door or window was inadvertently left open when leaving home. The number of open/close sensors may be increased as desired.

Smart comfort
If you prioritize energy efficiency, no light will be left on from now on thanks to our smart comfort package. The package includes on/off switches for two lighting circuits of your choice.
The package may be expanded as desired and it may also be reconfigured to adjust lighting levels. Mood lighting in the living room, the dining room, the bedroom, welcome-home lights in the entryway and night lights in the hallway are also available. Motion sensors and presence sensors, which can be chosen as added extras, help conserve energy.
To make your home even more comfortable, you can also add group switching. Intruders will make a sharp exit from a home where the lights are flashing on and off.

The world of voice-controlled homes
We created our third package for music lovers and people who want voice-activated assistance. It includes the hook-up of one lighting circuit and one Alexa Echo Dot or Google Nest Mini assistant.
The package may be expanded as desired, or may be expanded into a version built into Sonos/JBL, allowing users to request their home assistant to provide musical accompaniment for dinner.
