About the project

Kassák Terrace, the third and final phase of the successful Kassák Project, has built in the popular, family-friendly area of Budapest's 13th district, just one Street away from Váci Street. The 246-unit residential development offers a range of options from practical studio apartments to six-bedroom penthouses with efficient layouts and panoramic views. Additionally, 21 garden-connected homes have built. The apartments in the A+ energy rated Kassák Terrace have been designed with surface cooling and heating, heat pump solutions and triple-glazed, plastic-framed windows.
