About the project

The 147-apartment Le Jardin 2 residential development will be built in the green belt of Budapest's XIII. district, in the immediate vicinity of the Rákos stream where the harmony of modern life and nature offers a unique feeling of living experience. As one of LIVING's greenest projects, the apartments of the second phase also represent a high level of environmental awareness and outstanding technical content. Sustainability solutions such as renewable energy sources, environmentally conscious choice of materials, rainwater recycling, selective waste management and surface cooling-heating are applied in the residential park. Triple glazed plastic doors and windows result in more efficient noise and thermal insulation, with annual cooling and heating costs far lower than in the case of traditional apartments.
