Our property management service offers comprehensive day-to-day management of your rented apartment. Our professional staff can handle all aspects of property management, from tenant relations to maintenance tasks. The property management service is not only available to LIVING homeowners; we also manage other apartments in the inner districts of Budapest that were built after 2000.*

Fee for the service: Twelve percent of one month’s gross rental fee.

Interior design service

Furnishing a new home is always a complex process. As part of the interior design services provided by LIVING Service we have defined various styles with our professional interior designer partner. We now offer these styles for every apartment type in fully developed packages.

As a LIVING homeowner, you can purchase furnishing packages in the style of your choice, which include the following freestanding items, delivered after the handover of the property:

The packages include transporting and assembling the furniture and installing the light fittings. We will also have the apartment cleaned and ready for you to move in. The LIVING Service Team will be at your service after the handover of the property as well.

Our service provides you with useful information in a timely and efficient manner, so that you receive an objective overview of your options. Technical delivery

To ensure your satisfaction when you move into your LIVING property, upon your request, we will invite an independent technical inspector to assist you during the technical delivery and acceptance. We will make a record of any items that need to be fixed and send it to both you and the construction company. Our service includes performing the technical delivery and acceptance, with a list of any items in need of fixing, and the involvement of an independent technical inspector throughout the process.

Our service fee is HUF 75 000 + VAT, which includes:

The built-in furniture included in the amended preliminary contract is part of the purchase price of the apartment.
