At the correct phase of the development project, we will contact you by email and telephone regarding the scheduling of a consultation with the interior designer on built-in furniture. Please note that items ordered at a later stage of the project development, as well as those not considered as built-in furniture, can be purchased at 27% VAT and will be delivered after the handover of the property. The built-in furniture included in the amended preliminary contract is part of the purchase price of the apartment.
