About the project

The Le Jardin residential complex is located in the 13th district of Budapest, in Rozsnyay Street. It’s unique feature is that the Rákos stream flows next to the building, with residents having direct access to it. The project offers efficient floor plans, from sunny, practical studio apartments to generous five-room penthouses. The A+ energy rated Le Jardin is LIVING’s most environmentally conscious project to date. It incorporates building engineering solutions wholly based on renewable energy sources, environmentally conscious choice of materials, selective waste management, environmentally conscious water consumption and rainwater recycling.The building is equipped with a heat pump for cooling, heating and hot water, a modern ceiling heating system for heat dissipation and 15 cm of insulation on the walls. The project is one of the first new residential developments in Hungary to achieve BREEAM "very good" certification, making Le Jardin one of the first sustainability-certified residential developments in the country.

Le Jardin is located in Rozsnyay Street in the 13th district, just a few minutes from the Váci Street office corridor, which provides the area with a very good infrastructure. Services that are essential for everyday life are available within walking distance of the development. These include grocery stores, a shopping centre, a restaurant, a doctor's office, a pharmacy, educational institutions, a sports centre, and a wellness centre. The complex has a direct connection to a park, which has a 1 km jogging track, a fitness park and a playground.
