WING's residential development business is launched under the brand name LIVING.
LIVING entered the domestic residential segment in 2017, with the aim of creating sustainable homes in residential developments offering a wide range of services, which contribute to improving residents’ quality of life.

We launched LIVING's first residential development, Kassák Residence.
The first phase of the Kassák Project, the 231-apartment Kassák Residence located in Klapka Street in the 13th district. The residential park was the first development in Hungary to offer community services. We primarily targeted young people living a modern urban lifestyle.

We announced our second residential project, Metropolitan Garden.
Metropolitan Garden was built in Országbíró Street, opening from Béke tér in the 13th district. It is located in pleasant, green environment. The building has 107 apartments with spacious terraces.
April
The sale of the first phase of the Park West Project began.
We launched the first phase of the 229-apartment Park West Project on Szabolcs Street in the 13th District. The sunny apartments in the development are typically 40-50 square meters in size with terraces.
August
We launched the second phase of the Kassák Project, the Kassák Passage.
The second phase of the Kassák Project, the 263-apartment Kassák Passage, was built a few minutes' walk from the Váci út office corridor, between Klapka Street and Apály Street.

We handed over LIVING's first residential development, Kassák Residence.
LIVING’s first development, the first phase of the Kassák Project, Kassák Residence, located in Klapka Street in the 13th district, received its occupancy permit. With this the handover of the 231-apartment development was completed.

We announced the second phase of the Park West Project, Park West 2.
The 234-apartment Park West 2 is in the dynamically developing Ferdinánd quarter of the 13th district, on Szabolcs Street. This development was primarily targeted at people who like the buzz of the city and lead an active lifestyle.

We launched our greenest development to date, Le Jardin.
The first phase of Le Jardin (French garden), which is located in the 13th district, on the banks of the Rákos stream, has 165 apartments and will be LIVING's greenest project to date thanks to its environmentally conscious solutions.

We handed over Metropolitan Garden.
LIVING’s second development, Metropolitan Garden, located in Orszábíró Street in the 13th district, received its occupancy permit, after which the handover of the 107-apartment project took place.

Apartments in the third phase of the Kassák Project started being sold.
Kassák Terrace, the final stage of the Kassák Project, located at the intersection of Klapka Street and Kassák Lajos Street in the 13th district is built. It has 246 sustainable apartments and is within walking distance of Váci út.

We delivered the first phase of Park West.
The first phase of the successful Park West Project, Park West 1, located in Szabolcs Street in the 13th district, received its occupancy permit, with which the handover of the 229-apartment development took place.

We announced the third phase of the Park West Project, Park West 3.
The successful Park West Project, announced at the end of 2020, reached its third phase: construction work on the 230-apartment Park West 3 started in the second quarter of 2022.

We handed over the second phase of the Kassák Project, Kassák Passage.
In September 2022, the second phase of the Kassák Project, Kassák Passage, received its occupancy permit, with which the handover of the 263-apartment development took place.

LIVING celebrated its fifth birthday.
LIVING's five years of experience in residential property development, its outstanding references, and its commitment to continuous innovation and sustainability had all become guarantees for the quality and reliability of its residential development projects.

LIVING's greenest residential project, Le Jardin, received a BREEAM "very good" rating.
The plans for the first phase of our greenest residential project, Le Jardin, obtained the BREEAM New Construction Design Stage certificate "very good" level. The development, which is in the 13th district was among the first residential buildings in Hungary to receive the certification.

The second phase of the Park West Project, Park West 2, was handed over.
In September 2023, we reached an important milestone, as the second phase of the successful Park West Project obtained its occupancy permit, which marked the handover of the 234-apartment project.

LIVING delivered its 1,000th apartment
LIVING was founded in 2017, and in 2024 we reached a significant milestone, handing over our 1,000th apartment. Our mission is to improve the quality of life of the residents by creating homes so that everyone can find the right one for them.

Two LIVING’s residential developments classified as brownfield projects
LIVING’s popular Kassák Terrace and Park West 3 residential developments have been classified as brownfield projects, and now private individuals can reclaim VAT when they buy homes in these developments.

Kassák Terrace, the 3rd phase of LIVING’s Kassák Project, is completed
The 3rd and final phase of LIVING’s Kassák Project development, Kassák Terrace has received its final use permit ahead of schedule. The residential park has 246 apartments with A+ energy rating and cutting edge energy solutions for cost-effectiveness.

The first phase of Le Jardin is completed
LIVING has reached an important milestone again: the first phase of its greenest residential development, Le Jardin in Rozsnyay utca, District 13, has received its final use permit, and the handover of 165 apartments with A+ energy rating has started.
