About the project

The first phase of our Park West development in Szabolcs Street, located in the heart of the 13th district, is a four-phase development with 229 sunny apartments, which are typically 40-50 square meters in size and which have terraces. Each apartment brings a youthful dynamism to the residents and the surrounding area. The smart home solutions and community services in the building make everyday life easier for residents, while other infrastructure improvements will contribute to the overall development of the neighbourhood. The first phase of Park West was delivered in 2022.
