About the project

The development of Le Jardin residental complex has entered a new phase: the construction of the second phase, consist of 147 apartments, will start soon, so is the sales of the new apartments! Le Jardin is located in a dynamically developing area of Budapest's 13rd District, in the immediate vicinity of the Rákos stream, in a green belt where the harmony of modern life and nature offers a unique feeling of living experience. As one of LIVING's greenest projects, the apartments of the second phase also represent a high level of environmental awareness and outstanding technical content. Sustainability solutions such as renewable energy sources, environmentally conscious choice of materials, rainwater recycling, selective waste management and surface cooling-heating are applied in the residential park. Triple glazed plastic doors and windows result in more efficient noise and thermal insulation, with annual cooling and heating costs far lower than in the case of traditional apartments.
