About the project

Váci Hub is being built in the most popular area of Budapest, in the 13th district, just 300 meters from the Danube. The mixed-use project, which will include 470 modern apartments and a 23,000 square meter modern office building, has excellent transport connections and service facilities. The two-phase development will be implemented in Budapest’s 13th district, an area that has led the residential development market for decades. In the coming years, we will build homes where both those who appreciate vibrant city life and those seeking a calm residential environment can find exactly what makes it worth returning home at the end of the day — from practical studio apartments to spacious duplex penthouses. The development site is located in the northern part of the block bordered by Váci Road, Szekszárdi Street, Madarász Viktor Street, and Szobor Street. As the last vacant plot in the area is being developed, a completely renewed, high-quality, friendly, and green environment will be created — not only within the project itself, but also in the surrounding streets. The area offers outstanding infrastructure and amenities, with excellent public transportation connections (metro, bus, train, and boat), as well as educational institutions (nursery, kindergarten, primary and secondary schools), medical clinics, hospital, and pharmacy all within walking distance.
