The Greenway project is being developed in one of Budapest’s most popular and fastest-growing areas, in District XIII, just 300 metres from the Danube, on the site bounded by Váci Road, Szekszárdi Street and Madarász Viktor Street, at 173–177 Váci Road. The objective of our mixed-use development is to create modern homes and office spaces while delivering a more liveable, greener and revitalised urban environment for the community – all with due consideration for the interests of local residents.

About the Project
Greenway is a mixed-use development in Budapest’s District XIII, located just 300 metres from the Danube. As part of the project, 471 newly built apartments will be delivered in two phases, ranging from high-quality, practical studio apartments to generous, duplex penthouses. The apartments are available with a favorable payment schedule of 10–90%.
On the Váci Road frontage, a next-generation office building is planned, with quality service units located on the ground floor. The residential and office functions will be connected by a publicly accessible green passage, providing pedestrian access between Váci Road and Madarász Viktor Street.


Creating value for the Community
Greenway will also make a significant contribution to improving infrastructure and quality of life in District XIII. As part of the investment, the following public-benefit developments will be implemented:
Renewed environment: The road surfaces and sidewalk sections of the surrounding streets (Madarász Viktor Street and Szekszárdi Street) will be refurbished.
A greener district: Dried-out trees along the tree-lined streets directly bordering the project will be replaced, and well-maintained green lanes will be established.
Open, green passage: A high-quality pedestrian walkway equipped with street lights and street furniture will be created between Váci Road and Madarász Viktor Street, which will be freely accessible to everyone during the day.
Family-friendly developments: The project will include the full renovation of the playground on Gyöngyösi Promenade, and the municipality’s kindergarten renovation programme has also received support. In addition, a playground will be developed within the internal area of the project.
Special attention to the Environment and Residents’ peace
We understand that construction may cause temporary inconvenience, therefore we pay special attention to our surroundings:
Working hours: Although district regulations allow for longer working hours, we strive to complete the works by 6:00 PM on weekdays and by 4:00 PM on Saturdays.
Dust and noise protection: Environmental impacts will be minimised through continuous technological protection measures and monitoring.
Tree protection works: he implementation of the project is planned not to involve tree removal, the existing stock will be protected and even expanded by the end of the project.
