Robert would like to purchase apartment PW3666 in the Park West 3 residential project in the rust belt area, which now costs HUF 99,840,000 gross instead of HUF 104,000,000 thanks to the 4% LIVING discount.
In order for Robert to reclaim the amount corresponding to the 5% VAT charged on his apartment in the rust belt, he submits his VAT refund application to the Hungarian State Treasury after purchasing the apartment and establishing the condominium.
During the campaign, Robert purchased his apartment at a discount of HUF 4,160,000. Thanks to the rust zone classification, the Hungarian State Treasury refunded the VAT amount of 4,754,286 forints after approving the application. This resulted in total savings of 8,914,286 forints.
