The promotion is valid from 24 July 2025 until withdrawn or until all promotional properties have been reserved, whichever occurs first (i.e., subject to availability).
Under the terms of the promotion, LIVING grants a single, fixed gross discount of 4% on the list price of both the apartment and the parking space, provided that the Buyer purchases at least one apartment and one parking space included in the promotion jointly, as a unit (legal entirety). This discount cannot be combined with any other promotion.
The Buyer may only purchase the properties jointly, as a unit (legal entirety), and their contractual rights shall be exercised accordingly.
Please note that the discounted price has been determined based on the lowest price applied during the 30 (thirty) days prior to the promotional period, thus complying with the requirement set out in Section 2/A (2) of Joint Decree No. 4/2009 (I. 30.) of the Ministry of National Development and Economy and the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour.
