The A+ energy-rated residences at Római Park are designed for energy-efficient and cost-effective operation. A modern heat pump system combined with ceiling heating and cooling ensures a comfortable indoor climate, with individual temperature control via thermostats in every room. The façade features 14 cm-thick external thermal insulation, while triple-glazed PVC windows provide enhanced thermal and acoustic insulation. Together, these solutions create a more comfortable living environment for residents while helping to keep utility costs low.
