About the project

The second phase of the nearly 900-apartment Park West project, the 234-apartment Park West 2 offers sunny, energy-efficient homes in the heart of the vibrant 13th district, close to the city centre. The majority of the homes are two or three bedroom apartments. The apartments have street views and there building has an internal garden. The top floors enjoy panoramic views of Buda. All the apartments have a terrace and a parking space in the underground garage. There are storage facilities in the basement, on the ground floor and on the first floor. Hot water is provided by a heat pump and the heating by a gas boiler. The residential complex was ready for occupation in September 2023 and the condominium has already been established.

The Park West 2 residential complex is located in the heart of the Ferdinand quarter of the 13th district, at 19-21 Szabolcs Street. The area is easily accessible by car, bike and public transport. Metro line M3, tram 14, bus 105, trolley 75 and numerous night buses stop on the surrounding main roads. The Westend shopping centre, the City Park, the Budapest Zoo and the renovated Széchenyi Baths are all within a 10-minute walk.
