The second phase of the successful Kassák Project, Kassák Passage is located in the popular 13th District of Budapest, just one Street away from Váci Street. The 263-unit development has been designed to be environmentally friendly, with a state-of-the-art condensing boiler heating system, extra-thick 15cm insulation and building characteristics that ensure the right temperature for residents all year round, while keeping heating costs low. Kassák Passage was handed over in 2022 in line with preliminary plans.
