WING is leaving behind more than twenty years at the Máriássy Ház in Budapest's 9th district, also a WING development during which time the company grew from a small team into one of Central Europe's most significant real estate players. The move is driven by the company's continuous growth, the need to integrate a domestic organisation of over 200 people, and the desire to bring together teams currently operating across multiple locations. The new headquarters will enable more effective collaboration and provide an even more attractive working environment.
LIVING, WING's brand specialising in residential development, is relocating its headquarters and showroom from Klapka Street in the 13th district. The relocation of the showroom is a deliberate step to welcome LIVING's clients in a higher quality setting and to bring them even closer to sustainable, cost-efficient living solutions.
The move comes during an exceptionally active period for the WING Group. Over more than 25 years of operation, the company has built a diversified domestic and international portfolio spanning multiple asset classes, encompassing a number of landmark developments in Budapest, Berlin, Warsaw and other major Polish cities. LIVING, founded in 2017 and approaching its 10th anniversary, has grown into one of Hungary's most active residential developers, with a continuously expanding portfolio that includes the Kassák Project, Le Jardin, Park West and Greenway Apartments.
Liberty is one of WING's defining Budapest developments. Together with the Telekom Campus, it has transformed the Népliget area into a dynamic office and business destination. The mixed-use complex brings together offices, restaurants, hotels including a skybar and conference facilities a rooftop terrace and green communal spaces. The contemporary architectural solutions and artistic projects realised here, among them Péter Szalay's public artwork WING „Lemniscata” reflect WING's values driven, long term approach to development.
