The residential development is located on the corner of Pünkösdfürdő utca and Hatvany Lajos utca in Budapest’s 3rd district. Római Park is the newest residential complex in North Buda, offering new-build, energy- and cost-efficient apartments.
LIVING, WING’s umbrella brand specialising in residential properties, has started the sales of Római Park, its first development in Budapest’s 3rd district. The residential development will have 257 units with efficient floor plans, varying in size from 28- to 39-sqm practical studio units to grand, 81- to 105-sqm four-bedroom flats.
Római Park’s units offer high-quality technical solutions, energy-efficiency and outstanding construction standards. Annual heating and cooling costs should be considerably lower than in conventional flats, as this development features a modern heat pump system that uses only renewable energy, heating and cooling panels on the ceilings, an exceptionally thick, 14 cm layer of insulation, and triple-glazed plastic-framed doors and windows for efficient heat and sound insulation.
