Construction of LIVING’s first residential development in Buda is progressing according to schedule: the building structure of Római Park, a residential park in District 3 with an A+ energy rating, has been completed. Located in a green area in north Buda, the 257-unit residential park will offer sustainable and modern architectural solutions, and the community services and proximity of the Danube will make the project highly attractive to future residents. Homes at Római Park, on the corner of Pünkösdfürdő utca and Hatvany Lajos utca, are already available for sale, and handover is expected in the second half of 2026.

Római Park, LIVING’s first residential park in Buda, which will have an A+ energy rating, reached its highest point in July 2025, as scheduled. This spectacular construction phase will be followed by finishing works: currently the facade doors and windows and the lifts are being installed, and mechanical and electrical work is in progress in the flats.

Római Park is located in Budapest's 3rd District, on Pünkösdfürdő utca, at the corner with Hatvany Lajos utca. The complex is a five-minute walk from the popular Római part section of the riverbank. The area around the development has great infrastructure, including a playground, a day care centre, a kindergarten, an elementary school, various secondary schools and a university faculty. Leisure options include the revamped Pünkösdfürdő park and Pünkösdfürdő bath.

Római Park offers homes with efficient floor plans and plenty of natural light, from studio flats to spacious, 4-room penthouse units. LIVING’s smart home solutions for security and energy efficiency are included in the base price of the flats. Owners can choose from three SMART Home basic packages to tailor the system to their needs, and additional customisable services are available in the SMART+ package for an additional charge.
