LIVING, WING’s residential development brand, has opened sales of Mártonhegy Villapark in District 12, its latest project in Buda. On an 8,000 sq m, south-oriented plot in one of the most exclusive parts of Buda, 48 apartments will be built in 5 villa-style buildings. The development has excellent infrastructure and transport options, yet it offers a peaceful atmosphere in a green setting. The apartments are available with a highly favourable 20-80% payment plan, and the residential park is expected to be completed in Q4 2027.

Mártonhegy Villapark is developed by LIVING at 77-87 Bürök utca, in District 12, a highly prestigious part of Buda. The residential park will consist of 48 apartments in 5, south-south-east-oriented villa buildings with an unobstructed view of the Újbuda district and the Sas-hegy and Széchenyi-hegy hills. The available homes range from practical, one-bedroom apartments to spacious, exclusive, 148 sq m penthouses with large terraces, with custom-made, premium quality kitchen furniture and appliances included in the price. The villa park will have parking for 85 vehicles altogether, and owners of the larger apartments can buy two parking spaces, which ensures convenient and flexible parking. All apartments will be built according to top-tier technical standards and with energy-efficient solutions, which ensure cost-effective operation in the long term: apartments in the residential park will have an A+ energy rating, and their technical solutions will include ceiling heating and cooling with a heat pump system, electric blinds with smart control (included in the price) and a heat recovery ventilation system that provides fresh air and energy efficiency to improve air quality indoors.
